The Arlington Beach Club is located at the gateway to Long Beach Island in the town of Ship Bottom. This unique location offers easy on and off access to Long Beach Island while being only steps to the beach. Ship Bottom offers lifeguarded beaches in season and a variety of stores and restaurants.
The Arlington Beach Club will offer excellent amenities for guests and residents including covered parking, courtyard with hot tub, 10 x 15 storage cabana for each unit, men and ladies changing areas and outside showers, elaborate pool with special affect features, multiple patios, paver walkways, exquisite landscapes, common grills all highlighted by the maintenance free exterior and stylish turn-of-the-century architecture.
One of the defining features of the Arlington Beach Club will be the large pool built at the end of the courtyard. This stylish pool will offer a fun environment for residents and guests.
