Beach Haven Park offers a beautiful LBI setting, but be aware of some lower areas on the bayside. Flooding is more common in certain areas, especially with the older Cape Cod-style homes. This flooding is not limited to storms; some homes will see water in their crawlspaces during high tides! This DOES NOT apply to all areas and can be corrected...but buyers should be aware this condition can exist in Beach Haven Park and many other parts of LBI when buying a home in Beach Haven Park! This can also impact the cost of flood insurance in the area.
